About NEET:

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a national-level medical entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is the sole entrance exam for admission to undergraduate medical courses such as MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BVSc, and AH in government and private medical colleges across India. NEET replaced the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) and other state-level medical entrance exams in 2019, ensuring a unified admission process for medical aspirants. The exam is highly competitive, with over 25 lakh candidates appearing annually for approximately 1.3 lakh MBBS and BDS seats.

Mode of Examination NEET (UG):

NEET (UG) is conducted in offline mode (pen-and-paper-based). Candidates are required to mark their answers on an OMR sheet. The exam is held in a single shift, typically from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM, across multiple centers in India and abroad. The question paper is available in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, and Tamil, to cater to students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Duration of Test:
